Brenda Salce-Garcia is a transformational Customer Success leader with over 17 years of experience in the Ad tech and media space. Brenda’s dedication to fostering meaningful customer relationships by delivering on value has resulted in exceptional business wins for her clients and companies she has worked with.

In her most recent role as VP of Client Success at Madhive, she owned all post-sales activities (client onboarding, training, implementation, revenue growth, and retention). Her empathetic approach and strategic vision have resulted in remarkable achievements, such as exceeding triple-digit client revenue growth while scaling the Organization to meet customer needs during this time of growth for the company.  Prior to Madhive Brenda has built and led the Customer Success organizations in billion-dollar deals at Jellysmack [$1B valuation] and Operative.
