Seema is a seasoned media executive with over 25 years of experience in advertising, data, and technology. She possesses a deep understanding of advanced advertising, with a proven track record of launching new businesses and supporting multi-platform solutions. Seema is highly skilled in leading high-profile initiatives by connecting strategy with efficient execution to drive scale and revenue growth.
In her last role at TelevisaUnivision, Seema led an enterprise-wide data organization responsible for developing proprietary data products that drove advanced advertising and supported Streaming, Promo Marketing, and Performance Marketing organizations. She also drove partnerships and activations in DAI enablement and Retail/Commerce Media to further support advanced advertising.
Prior to this, she spearheaded the expansion of addressable inventory sources at ViacomCBS, contributing to the company’s leadership in Addressable TV. Seema also played a pivotal role in launching DIRECTV’s Addressable Advertising platform, designing systems and processes that became industry benchmarks. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven innovation and revenue growth in the advertising technology sector.
